How can I change my life in six months?

You can change your life in just 1 month you just need to:
  1. wake up at 5:00 am (first thing first)
  2. exercise daily (do what you love, don’t follow others exercise routine)
  3. don’t skip breakfast (this is the best fuel for your brain)
  4. always be with people who can inspire you (if you want to be a lion, train with lions)
    1. eat healthy food (i don’t eat chicken, i personally think you can get everything from a vegetarian food)
    2. throw your TV (stop watching kapil sharma show, ipl matches, )
    3. learn something new daily
    4. challenge yourself daily
    5. read, read and read (this is the best exercise for your brain)
    6. watch motivated videos
    7. spend at-least 30 minutes with yourself (try to prefer the night time)
    8. quit alcohol, smoking (trust me, you can)
    9. drink too much water
    10. set goals (short period goals are the best, like “i need this in 3 month”)
    11. don’t take stress (this is the major enemy, eat 1 banana daily to reduce stress)
    12. invest your time smartly
    13. try to help others (if you do so, god will help you back)
    14. don't expect the life to be fair
    15. don’t expect anything from others (you came alone in this world, you have to fight alone in this world)
    16. in the last, BE UNSTOPPABLE
